COURSE REGISTRATION ADMINISTRATIVE
DETAILS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
Registration for all open enrollment courses closes one
week prior to the course offering. However, we urge you
to enroll as early as possible since some courses fill
very quickly. Important: If you are registering less
than two weeks before a course, you must call us to
confirm that space is available.
COURSE FEES AND PAYMENT
Course fees include tuition and lecture and course
materials. Fees do not include hotel rooms or meals.
Prepayment is required to confirm your registration.
Fees for all courses are listed with each course
description. You may charge your registration fee on
VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. We also accept
company or personal checks for your registration. If you
prefer, you may provide a purchase order number from
your company, and we can bill your company directly. A
company representative will contact you following your
registration to confirm method of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have registered for one of the courses, but for
some reason cannot attend, call us right away. We will
refund your money or cancel your invoice if you call us
at least fourteen days before the course. Or, you can
appoint an alternate attendee up to the last minute. “No
Shows” are subject to a $200 cancellation fee, if they
request a refund.
On occasions, DAS will need to cancel a course.
Registrants of courses that have been cancelled will be
notified as soon as the decision is made and be
reimbursed any registration fees paid.
CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of payment we will send you written
confirmation of your course registration. This will
include a confirmation number as well as course details
including location, date, and a description of the
course for which you have registered. Details for any
special arrangements (e.g., modified course outlines)
will be included as well.
HOUSING INFORMATION AND COURSE SITES
DAS courses are taught at the client site or in
convenient geographic locations, via open enrollment.
The actual teaching locations are chosen to be as
convenient as possible for as many of the registered
students as practical. If you need help with travel
arrangements and determining a place to stay, DAS will
be happy to assist you.
