Designing And Implementing An Effective

And Fair Employee Qualification System

ABOUT THE COURSE

"Designing and Implementing An Effective and Fair Employee Qualification System" is a one day course which offers a new and unique approach to employee performance evaluation.  When carefully evaluated, virtually all performance evaluation systems in existence today prove to be ineffective if not detrimental to the smooth operation of any organization. This is because they are based on subjective goals, personal preferences and relationships, and undefined rewards.  This invariably leads the employee into thinking they are doing a good job, until they receive their annual review and realize their and the supervisors expectations were different.  This course shows how to clearing define roles, responsibilities, required skills, and job knowledge which are used to gain the maximum benefit for the employer and employee. This information is then used to designed objective performance matrixes which the employee uses to monitor their own job performance versus agreed upon metrics and deliverables. In addition, all rewards are defined in advance leave nothing to falsely heighten employee expectations.  This approach not only improves employee morale, but substantially enhances productivity as well.
