Method Applicability Checklist
PURPOSE
Before a method is validated or implemented, its applicability or suitability
for use needs to be reviewed. This checklist helps the validators or executers
perform a systematic "sanity check" of an HPLC separation considering and/or
evaluating the impact of several of important criteria. In many cases these
criteria are often not reviewed prior to execution but can have a tremendous
impact on the utility of the method.

This checklist is applicable for the evaluation of any liquid chromatographic
method.
